Your Mission
We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Event & Channel Marketing Specialist to strengthen Spacewell's brand visibility and drive market engagement across our partner ecosystem. You'll take the lead in planning and executing events — from major trade shows and webinars to targeted partner programs — that generate leads, enable our channels, and amplify Spacewell's voice in the market.
What You'll Do
- Plan & Strategize: Own the annual events calendar, blending live, hybrid, and digital experiences. Align events with lead generation, pipeline growth, and brand positioning.
- Live Events & Tradeshows: Lead trade shows and conferences end-to-end—booth, logistics, speakers, and pre-event campaigns to capture leads.
- Roundtables & Exclusive Engagements: Host invite-only sessions with industry decision-makers and create content that sparks conversations.
- Webinars & Digital Experiences: Plan, promote, and execute webinars and online workshops. Track engagement and report on results.
- Channel Marketing: Strengthen and support Spacewell's partner ecosystem. Develop co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and enablement programs that drive partner engagement, brand visibility, and shared pipeline growth.
Your Superpowers
- Strong organizational and project management skills — you juggle multiple priorities with precision.
- Proven ability to deliver seamless live and virtual events, from concept to execution.
- Stress-resistant and adaptable — you keep calm and focused even under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and webinar/event platforms.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for measuring and improving results.
- End-to-end event management: from ideation to ROI analysis.
- Bonus points: experience in B2B SaaS, PropTech, or Workplace Technology.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in event or channel marketing, demand generation, or similar.
- Proven track record managing webinars, trade shows, and content-driven events.
- Budget, sponsorship, and vendor management experience.
- Excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
