Internal Sales Representative


In your role as Internal Sales Representative at BOSAQ, you'll be a vital part of our business development engine. Acting as a first point of contact for many potential clients, you'll help identify and qualify new leads, support the external sales team, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. As BOSAQ grows globally, you'll play a hands-on role in expanding our reach, coordinating international sales efforts, and helping drive our mission forward. You will work closely together with the sales team, and report directly to the CEO.

In your role as a Internal Sales, you:

  • Will be responsible for developing new leads

  • Communicate with customers (Mainly B2G, sometimes B2B)

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and emails; if necessary you also do some cold calling

  • Pass on qualified opportunities to the sales team for further development and closure

  • Understand customer needs and requirements

  • Keep up with product and service information and updates

  • Maintain and expand a database of current and potential customers

  • Stay informed about competing products and services

  • Will research and qualify new leads

  • Support the sales team from the inside out

  • Actively search for interesting tenders through platforms of for example UN and World Bank

  • Keep an eye out for interesting events that could aid in accelerating BOSAQ's visibility

  • Stay in touch with different stakeholders, in particular the consultants that work for BOSAQ worldwide

  • Prepare business trips on the sales front: factsheet creation, looking for the right contacts, keep in touch with people on the ground


Skills

The perfect Internal Sales Representative has:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role 

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • A strong awareness of global politics, and easily connects with different cultures

Attitudes
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and preferably Dutch

  • Excellent communication skills towards customers throughout the sales process 

  • Strong listening and presentation skills 

  • Very organized since you will handle several accounts simultaneously
