Financial Services Senior Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with a strong background in financial services to join our client's growing team in Belgium. As a trusted advisor to leading banks, insurance companies, and financial institutions, you will play a key role in delivering strategic, regulatory, and operational transformation projects that shape the future of the financial industry.

• Lead and deliver consulting projects within banking, insurance, and/or asset management sectors.
  

• Analyze client challenges and design tailored solutions that drive operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  

• Advise clients on business strategy, risk management, digital transformation, and process optimization.
  

• Support business development by identifying client needs, preparing proposals, and contributing to thought leadership.
  

• Manage junior consultants and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  

• Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to ensure timely and effective delivery of project objectives.
  

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or in-house strategy/finance roles within financial services.
  

• Strong knowledge of the Belgian and European financial regulatory landscape (e.g., MiFID II, Basel III, Solvency II).
  

• Proven track record in project management and client relationship management.
  

• Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  

• Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in French or Dutch.
