CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN (M/F) (6 months) in Brussels (Watermael-Boitsfort)

Your tasks:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager Benelux within the customer service team, which consists of the manager and an analyst, you will be involved, for all brands (Barilla Pasta and Sauces, Harrys, Wasa, and Mulino Bianco), in the following tasks:
Your profile:
Currently studying engineering, logistics, or business, you are recognized for your problem-solving mindset, analytical abilities, dynamism, and willingness to get involved actively. You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and good organization.
Your relational skills, your ability to propose concrete ideas, and your mastery of computer tools (Excel) are key assets for successfully completing this mission.
Proficiency in English and French is essential; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
