With +180 people on payroll, the company is still human-sized with a flat hierarchy and wants to keep its untraditional informal culture. Job Description

If you're looking to fully contribute to a company's strategy, keep on reading: Corona Direct is hiring a Project Manager to join the Corporate & Transformation Office.
It sounds fancy but what is it responsible for? Well, the 3 main responsibilities of this strategic office are:

  • Corporate Governance
  • Transversal communication
  • Transformation and Innovation

It means that as the right hand of the Head of Corporate & Transformation Office, you'll play a key-role in implementing crucial projects that have been decided by the board of the company. You'll be working on the ESG roadmap to make sure sustainability becomes a priority, you will be the link with the DPO on all topics concerning GDPR, you'll make sure that the whole organization is aware of the direction the company is taking, etc. Obviously to do so, we need you to be able to deliver your projects within timing, scope, budget and quality. You are also responsible for creating reportings and relevant analysis.

Qualifications
  • You have a proven experience in project mangement. Coming from a consulting or legal background is certainly an added value
  • Skills are more important than seniority, we consider all candidates from 1 year of experience. We just need you to be autonomous and to be able to take initiatives
  • You show great communication skills and you're able to manage very different kind of stakeholders
  • Your strong people skills allow you to easily build a wide internal network
  • You can think strategically but you're not afraid to be hands-on
  • You're a go-getter that is not afraid to express your critical thinking
  • A good understanding of corporate gouvernance is an asset
  • You speak both Dutch (mandatory) and French. Strong command of English is also required
