In this role, you are responsible on a daily basis for organizing and following up on maintenance activities and improvement works, as developed and prescribed by the Maintenance Manager. You prepare these tasks thoroughly and schedule them meticulously. To do this, you actively communicate with contractors, material suppliers, and internal operational departments, all selected and approved by your supervisor and the Procurement department.
You are also responsible for managing various inspections and calibrations of equipment and installations. You are able to correctly assess technical problems and coordinate the appropriate interventions together with your technician colleague, taking into account available time, personnel, and resources. You maintain the stock of spare parts and carefully track and document the work performed.
Together with the QSHE managers, you work towards ensuring that the terminal consistently complies with legal safety regulations and inspections of technical installations.
