With strong foundations in Australia and the U.S., and an established foothold in Europe, we're entering an exciting phase of expansion. We're now seeking a driven European Sales Manager to champion growth, strengthen partnerships, and elevate Baresque's presence across the continent.
Job DescriptionThis is not a maintenance role — it's a growth mission. As European Sales Manager, you'll lead Baresque's commercial development across Europe, building a thriving network of distributors, agents, and A&D partners. You'll have full ownership of market strategy, brand positioning, and execution for a diverse portfolio of high-design, performance-driven materials.
You'll act as the key connector between designers, distributors, and our global product teams, bringing Baresque's vision to life across new and existing markets.
· Lead commercial growth and manage sales operations across multiple European markets.
· Develop and execute a 3–5 year business strategy with clear goals for revenue, brand presence, and market share.
· Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors and resellers in key regions.
· Drive performance through quarterly reviews, training, and shared growth targets.
· Partner with leading architecture and design firms to drive specification opportunities.
· Support and monitor project pipelines — from concept through to delivery.
· Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
· Launch new product lines and brand initiatives across Europe.
· Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
QualificationsYou're a relationship builder, strategist, and sales leader who thrives on growing markets and creating long-term partnerships. You combine business acumen with creative instinct — understanding what makes a design product stand out and how to take it to market effectively.
You bring:
· Proven experience growing distributor or reseller networks, ideally in design, acoustics, or architectural products.
· Strong understanding of the A&D and dealer ecosystem across Europe.
· A hunter mindset — you're proactive, strategic, and not afraid to build from scratch.
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Fluency in German and English; French highly regarded.
· A self-starter attitude with the discipline to work autonomously and the energy to collaborate cross-functionally.
· Willingness to travel regularly throughout Europe.
Additional InformationSalary: $75,000-$80,000
