<\/div> We asked salespeople, "How do you see the future of 'the sales conversation' amidst all the inbound marketing and automated ordering methods (chatbots, B2B ecomm, etc.)?" We posed the same question to their clients. Now, we're building the tool they both asked for. We aim to please. Facilitating efficient high -stake, multidisciplinary discussions isn't easy, but SalesNote makes it a breeze. Skeptical? Okay, it significantly simplifies and streamlines the process. It's never completely "easy peasy".

<\/div> The Future of HR?
<\/div> HR caught onto us immediately, always observant and analytical. By now, we each have been assigned a DISC color, behavior type, ideal incentive plan, and so much more. What do we do for them? They shared the key aspects they listen for during recruitment conversations. Now, SalesNote assists by actively listening during these talks, offering advice on questions to pose, potential pitfalls, inconsistencies in the dialogue, and more. Yes, it's quite something. And candidates love it.

Requirements<\/h3> Skills Needed to Work on SalesNote?
<\/div>
<\/div> Basic tech stack: Laravel/Vue/MySQL on Azure.
<\/div> The AI tech stack, especially for supporting NLP, goes much deeper: Pinecone, Langchain, Pandas, Scikit -learn, and so on. Some might say it seems like someone wanted to cram in every new technique, but if it wasn't necessary, it wouldn't be there. Occasionally, we use ready -made services. Winning a Turing award isn't our goal; fulfilling our vision (see above) is.

<\/div> How Do We Collaborate?
<\/div>
<\/div> It's unrealistic to be a specialist in all these technologies and also have a broad enough knowledge to support the entire program. Ideally, you're strong in one domain and familiar with the rest. For example:

  • Option 1: Backend focus, frontend affinity, strong interest in AI at the very least.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Option 2: AI focus, broad architectural knowledge, affinity with general backend/frontend.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Option 3: Focus on integrations, multi -platform deployment, and UI experience.

    <\/div> All these options vary greatly but are invaluable at our current growth stage. Let's discuss. Perhaps you see a fourth route.

    • Our business plan budgeted for this role based on experience/value. The exact amount depends on your added value to SalesNote.

    • How the total sum is divided between salary, fringe benefits, and transportation is up to you.

    • This position is a traditional employment role with all the protections that come with Belgian employment law. As we expand, we may consider independent roles, but these are more variable than what we're aiming for now.

    • Plenty of variety, a great atmosphere, and growth opportunities as the company expands.

    • Personally, I work from home 1.5 days a week for focused tasks. Sales/marketing people are typically in the office or touch base daily if they're out and about. That's the range we're considering; it's negotiable.
