As a key member of our Mobile DevOps organisation, you will help shape the next generation of digital banking experiences. Acting as the link between business stakeholders, architects, and development squads, you ensure that functional needs are clearly understood, accurately translated, and delivered with quality.
ResponsibilitiesTranslate business needs into well-defined functional and technical requirements for mobile banking applications.
Gather and refine end-to-end requirements, clarify dependencies, and ensure all specifications align with strategic objectives and technical feasibility.
Define data models, API structures, and object relationships using UML, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and architectural consistency.
Support solution design by outlining integration points and documenting interactions between front-end and back-end components.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including API definitions (Swagger), data schemas, and integration diagrams for Oracle-based systems.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure documentation evolves in step with product development.
Collaborate with UX specialists and front-end developers to build wireframes and conceptual UI flows that deliver intuitive, consistent digital banking interfaces.
Prepare structured test plans, define acceptance criteria, and support QA teams during functional, integration, and technical testing phases.
Validate deliverables to ensure they meet agreed scope, quality standards, and functional expectations.
Manage technical user stories within the Scrum framework, ensuring developers have a clear understanding of priorities, goals, and constraints.
Facilitate refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, conveying complex topics in clear, accessible terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Track progress through sprint metrics, identify risks, and recommend improvements to enhance DevOps practices.
Contribute to continuous optimisation of tools, workflows, and delivery methodologies across digital channels.
