The Brussels office plays a key role within the firm's Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity practice, providing integrated legal advice across jurisdictions.

• Advise clients on domestic and cross-border M&A and Private Equity transactions

• Draft and negotiate share purchase agreements, investment contracts, and corporate documents

• Collaborate with international colleagues on complex, multi-jurisdictional projects

• Manage and develop client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives

• Support the team in mentoring junior associates and sharing knowledge

• Qualified lawyer (Bar admission in Belgium or another EU jurisdiction)

• Several years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, or Private Equity

• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills

• Commercial mindset with a structured, proactive approach

• Fluent in English (working language); French or Dutch advantageous

• Exposure to high-profile international transactions and clients
