We're looking for an enthusiastic Stock & Sales Assistant to join our Retail team at LEGO Discovery Centre Brussels

As part of our Retail team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our shop runs seamlessly — from managing stock in the back of house to assisting guests on the shop floor.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting daily stock management, deliveries, and product replenishment

• Ensuring the stockroom is well organised and operating efficiently

• Assisting with sales and operating tills when needed

• Providing great guest service and ensuring our store looks its best

• Working closely with the Retail and Operations teams to deliver a fun and efficient guest experience

This is a hands-on, varied role — you'll spend most of your time behind the scenes, but also enjoy connecting with guests on the shop floor when needed.

You're reliable, organised, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You're a team player who takes pride in keeping things in order and delivering a high-quality guest experience.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• A proactive, positive approach and attention to detail

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills and experience with tills (preferred)

• Fluency in English and French or Dutch
