Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence? As our Customer Onboarding Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the successful launch of new e-commerce clients. From the moment the deal is signed to the moment operations run smoothly, you'll lead the entire onboarding journey — ensuring every detail is aligned, every stakeholder is informed, and every customer feels confident.
  • What will you do?


    As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you'll lead the charge in welcoming new clients and ensuring a seamless transition from deal closure to day-to-day operations. Your mission: deliver a smooth, efficient, and customer-first onboarding experience by coordinating across teams and continually improving processes.    Key Responsibilities:
    • Own the onboarding process from A to Z — be the primary point of contact for new customers.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, IT, Product, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure a seamless go-live.
    • Monitor performance during the start-up phase and proactively address any issues.
    • Drive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and implementing long-term solutions.
    • Lead or support customer-impacting projects and ensure clear communication and follow-up.
    • Analyze recurring complaints, perform root cause analysis, and propose data-driven optimizations.



    Who are you?
    • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, project coordination, and process optimization.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with complex data and translate insights into action.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and either Dutch or French. Spanish or other EU languages are a plus.
    • A true team player with a customer-centric approach and a hands-on attitude.
    • Ability to manage multiple onboarding tracks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics), shipment management tools, and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).
