Food & Beverage Manager

As our Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the execution of the food & beverage strategy of the Village.

You will involved in a wide range of activities, including but are not limited to day to day management and guidance of our food & beverage partners, supporting the planning of food & beverage strategy, collaboration with other key parties on the promotion of food & beverage.

About the role

• Be responsible for the execution of the food & beverage strategy of the Village
• Oversee and coordinate the day to day management of the food & beverage partners of the Village
• Provide input on the Village's food and beverage strategy through analysis of food trends, customer behaviours and key seasonal dates
• Create a timely pop up strategy to ensure animation and activity through the Village
• Develop excellent relationships with the food & beverage partners that are conducive to maximising sales, marketing and business opportunities within the Village
• Bring local knowledge of the best operators to bring to the table informing market knowledge
• Promote the Village's food position within the local community
• Work closely with Retail Managers to assess training needs
• Promote food and beverage with Digital and Marketing to ensure food is prominent in all digital, print and social media

Role requirements

• Proven experience of a managerial role within food catering or food retail
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Good analytical skills with the ability to transform data to insights
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organisation and planning skills with an eye for detail
• Able to work well with all levels across the business
• Fluent in Dutch and English
