Sales Manager EU/US/AU


The Role:
  • Identify and engage BPOs and businesses across various industries worldwide.
  • Build a deep understanding of New Media AI's product offerings and tailor value propositions to client needs.
  • Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with global clients.
  • Stay informed on international market trends, competitors, and opportunities; adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Use a consultative approach to assess client challenges and present custom solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and virtual forums to expand global visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, tech) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Ideal Profile:
  • You have at least 8 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Telesales role, ideally within the Consulting, IT Infrastructure / Blockchain / Cloud Computing/ AI Automation Solutions and IT Services industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within BPO or tech-related industries.
  • Deep understanding of global business practices, with experience selling across multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
