As a Technical Sales Advisor Electrical at Milwaukee, you are the first point of contact for professional end users in the Electrical sector within your region. Together with these customers, you look for practical solutions in the form of power tools. You visit job sites and maintain close contact with your clients. Through demonstrations and product presentations, you advise professional end users on Milwaukee power tools. You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy, which comes with great responsibility—making planning and organizing your own work both exciting and rewarding.

Your Responsibilities

  • You provide demonstrations, technical advice, and training on the full range of power tools to both new and existing customers.
  • You assess customer needs and translate them into concrete technical advice regarding power tools.
  • You deliver product presentations on-site, think along with end users, and work on building long-term relationships.
  • You assist during open days, events, trade shows, and truck tours.
  • You play an active role in launching new Milwaukee power tool concepts, emphasizing their applications and selling complete solutions.
  • You closely follow market trends and developments and report them to the End User Sales Manager, enabling marketing, sales, and product development to respond effectively.

Your Experience and Qualities

  • You are confident, communicative, and skilled at building long-term relationships.
  • You have experience giving presentations and training sessions, and you do so with passion and enthusiasm.
  • You are entrepreneurial and able to convey information clearly.
  • You are flexible when it comes to helping colleagues and working hours, a true team player with a proactive, no-nonsense attitude.
  • You hold an MBO-level diploma in a commercial field or have equivalent experience.
  • Preferably, you have a technical background in the electrical or installation industry and an affinity for tools.
  • You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, and live within the designated work area.
