Role Overview:
The Field Maintenance & Commissioning Manager will lead a team of technicians responsible for on-site equipment maintenance, installation, and commissioning. This role ensures that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with technical specifications while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing field maintenance and commissioning teams, including subcontractors.
Planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site operations to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Performing equipment maintenance, upgrades, and solution installations at customer locations.
Overseeing commissioning activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal equipment performance.
Implementing and enforcing strict safety protocols aligned with both company and client requirements.
Supporting customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Identifying opportunities to improve operational methods and contribute to sales development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in field maintenance, commissioning, or related engineering roles.
