Working as a HR Manager

  • You develop and implement HR strategies that align with Televic's global HR goals.

  • You lead HR operations, including talent management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, and personnel administration for ca. 200 employees.

  • You provide guidance to senior leadership on all HR matters and act as a strategic business partner to ensure a seamless employee journey.

  • Together with the talent acquisition specialist, you drive the recruitment process to attract top talent and oversee onboarding, training, and development programs.

  • You foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts and ensuring fair treatment.

  • You manage performance appraisal systems with clear communication and continuous feedback.

  • You ensure together with the global comp & ben specialist that competitive compensation and benefits programs are in place to attract and retain employees.

  • You lead company culture initiatives and employee engagement programs. You work to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

  • You cultivate a positive working culture within your HR team and maintain a strong relationship with all stakeholders.


How you can add value to our team

  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; preferably in a technical environment (IT, R&D, engineering).

  • You are fluent in English and Dutch, proficiency in French is a plus.

  • You have a proven expereince in HR business partnering.

  • You gain energy from leading a small team and managing multiple HR projects simultaneously.

  • You are result-driven and have a hands-on mentality.

  • You possess a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.

  • You have experience in managing compensation and benefits.

  • You demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
