Job Title:Digital Power Marketing Specialist (Contractor)

Job Location:  Brussels, Belgium

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in event marketing delivery including project management, logistical and operational elements, event design and site selection, sponsorships, and exhibits.
• Project management includes budget management, vendor sourcing and management, project plan management, prioritization, and issue escalation.
• Deliver the design and setup of events particularly in-person events, focusing on customer experience and event objectives to drive business impact and maximize return.
• Assist in the development of associated online strategies and social media integration into event programs
• Implement attendee acquisition and partner participation with developed value propositions and packages.
• Analyze event, industry and competitive data. Utilize meaningful and relevant data to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of events.
• Understand the business environment and collaborate with relevant marketing partners.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Preferably a degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a general understanding of the company's business and technology landscape.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Project Management: Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple marketing and communication projects independently — including events, press conferences, and public relations initiatives.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch or French, as well as English, with strong cross-cultural awareness and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Team & Ownership Mindset: A strong sense of teamwork combined with the ability to take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Event Management, or Business Development is preferred.
