  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced scale-up environment

  • Fluency in both English and Dutch, as both languages are essential in managing our company processes

Attitudes
  • You have a structured and analytical mindset, and diligence is your middle name

  • You have a knack for translating numbers into strategy

  • Your ideal working environment is one where you can learn, evolve and grow; even if this comes with some initial challenges

  • You demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, and you independently engage with relevant stakeholders in the process

  • You have a valid work permit/permission to work in Belgium (relocation not provided)

You will feel like a fish in our water if...
  • You like honest, straightforward, and to-the-point communication in Dutch and English (open feedback make us all better)

  • Integrity is one of your key values

  • A 'work hard-play hard' culture in a pleasant and dynamic start-up drives you

  • You are socially engaged and you believe in the power of 'business as a force for good'

  • You don't take yourself too seriously
