We're looking for a Data Platform & Insights Lead who doesn't just design solutions—you build them. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll transform our legacy data warehouse into a modern, cloud-native, self-service analytics platform that empowers smarter, faster decisions.

What you bring:

· Proven experience in data engineering, BI development, or analytics architecture

· Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and building scalable data pipelines

· Familiarity with modern cloud architectures and self-service BI principles

· Excellent communication and ability to work across business and technical domains

· Fluent in English; Dutch/French is a plus
