Your Responsibilities

Here are some areas you could take ownership of:

• Young Graduates Program: help us attract and onboard recent graduates, and make their start at Datashift a success.

• Employer branding & marketing: bring creative ideas to strengthen our presence, work on projects that improve recruitment and marketing strategies.

• Manage recruitment processes from first contact to onboarding.

• Organize events and activities for potential candidates.

• Collaborate with a dynamic team and share your vision.

• Explore new initiatives that fit your strengths and interests.

Your qualifications

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree.

• Ideally, you have 1–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, or similar experience through an internship, preferably with a focus on data, IT, or engineering.

• You have strong communication skills.

• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

• You are flexible in your mindset and eager to help build a bigger story.

• You have a creative and entrepreneurial spirit.

• You thrive in a dynamic environment that challenges you to adapt and think on your feet.

• You don't shy away from responsibilities.

• Any expertise you bring along is always appreciated — we're smart, but we love adopting best practices.
