Field Sales Supervisor


Job Description:

The Field Sales Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring we have perfect in-store execution. The role has mainly responsibilities focus in Hong Kong market. The role is responsible for managing and building the business for all assigned

counters to meet and exceed sell-through targets, perfect in-store fundamentals in line with SK-II brand equity, and drive BC Operations by ensuring BCs in respective stores excel in their responsibilities.

BUILDING THE BUSINESS

  • Achieve respective stores in identified markets yearly sell-thru targets
  • Responsible for preparation of monthly statistical, scorecards and market reports to Account Manager timely as needed

PERFECT IN-STORE EXECUTION

  • Following the Key Merchandising Principles per Planogram guideline
  • HPP perfect execution: Ensuring on recruiting promoter, promotion/second site planning and set up, displays, stocks and GWP and liaising with necessary agencies
  • Ensuring all counters/tools are clean, neat and in good working condition
  • Ensuring on healthy stock inventory per the assortment list and check through OOS across all SKUs in key doors once a week
  • Ensure all testers are sufficient supply always for all locations

BC OPERATIONS

  • Work closely with customer/agency to track sales performance against goal & provide feedback & inputs to deliver on monthly targets for BCs
  • Work closely with BC Trainer to identify training needs specific to SK-II brand & product knowledge for all BCs at respective counters
  • Work closely with customer/agency to support recruitment activities to ensure BC team are fully staffed
  • Work closely with customer/agency to ensure BCs follow the grooming guideline and understand deployed SOPs to uphold SK-II brand equity
  • Ensure BC understands monthly deployment of store priorities and initiatives
  • Counter coaching for all BCs including generic staff if needed

Qualifications:

  • 3 years or above working experience Beauty/Skincare/Prestige brands' Travel Retail sales operation.
  • Exhibits Leadership skills and strong customer service orientation / attitude.
  • Strong data analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Fluent in verbal and written Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese and English
