Robotics / Autonomy Engineer – Marine Platforms

We are seeking a Robotics / Autonomy Engineer to develop control architectures and autonomy modules for high-performance unmanned marine vessels.

Your role includes:

  • Designing autonomous control systems
  • Developing real-time decision-making frameworks
  • Multi-sensor integration
  • Simulation and field validation

You bring:

  • Background in robotics or autonomous systems engineering
  • C++ control development experience
  • Knowledge of navigation, guidance, and autonomy architectures

Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to develop advanced decision frameworks, control algorithms, and intelligent behaviours for autonomous marine platforms.

You will work on:

  • AI/ML models for autonomous decision-making
  • Applied reinforcement learning and predictive modelling
  • Simulation-based autonomy development
  • Integration with robotics, perception, and embedded systems

You bring:

  • Strong AI/ML background in robotics or autonomous systems
  • Expertise in RL, control, or advanced optimisation
  • Python + C++ skills
  • Experience in autonomy, UAV/UGV/USV, or intelligent systems

Perception & Sensor Fusion Engineer

We are seeking a Perception & Sensor Fusion Engineer to develop the situational-awareness layer for autonomous marine platforms.

You will be responsible for:

  • Radar, camera, LiDAR, GNSS, and IMU fusion
  • Detection, classification, and tracking
  • Real-time perception pipelines
  • Integration into the autonomy stack

Requirements:

  • Strong background in vision / ML
  • Experience with multi-sensor data
  • Proficiency in Python / C++

Embedded Autonomy Architect – Real-Time Systems

Join us as an Embedded Autonomy Architect to design and optimise the real-time autonomy execution layer for unmanned vessel systems.

Role includes:

  • Real-time embedded autonomy frameworks
  • Redundancy and safety systems
  • Low-latency integration across autonomy modules
  • Hardware–software optimisation

Profile:

  • Expert C++ in real-time environments
  • Strong embedded-systems engineering background
  • Robotics / autonomy experience
