Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and make a real impact in the world of vertical mobility? At Schindler, we're looking for a passionate and driven Service Manager to take ownership of our operations in Flanders. As our Service Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the operational success of your branch. You'll lead with purpose, ensuring our service, from maintenace, repairs to modernization, runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. 

• Shape and execute the branch strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Develop operational plans including budget and capacity planning.
• Roll out commercial and people strategies aligned with company goals.

• Hit annual sales targets for new contracts and reduce churn.
• Deliver on operating margin and service KPIs (e.g., callback rate).
• Continuously analyze performance and implement improvements.

• Inspire and guide your team, fostering collaboration across departments and branches.
• Champion employee development through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Promote a culture of safety, ethics, and excellence.

• Lead all branch activities across sales, service, and administration.
• Represent Schindler with pride in the market and with clients.
• Optimize team structures, tools, and processes to meet KPIs.

• Multilingual Edge: You're fluent in Dutch and comfortable in French and/or English.
