Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

Tasks

  • Analysing Business processes as-is and to-be (BPMN 2.0).
  • Lead Customer interviews/workshops to gather and redact functional specifications and requirements
  • Create Gap analysis for specific requests
  • Create and prioritise user stories for our developers in our development tools
  • Prepare test plans and scenarios
  • Change Management for some specific projects which may include preparing and performing user training
  • Generating user documentation with our tools
  • Project Management  such as managing project scope and communicating project status with customer stakeholders
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience working as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant
  • Previous experience working on the Field Service module
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Engineering or other relevant fields of studies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Previous experience working as a Business Analysis in either a Waterfall or Agile environment is a plus
  • D365 CE (Customer Engagement) certifications is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
