Data Analyst – Long-Term Contract (Hybrid – Brussels)

We're looking for a Data Analyst to support a major transformation programme within the Life Insurance domain. If you have strong analytical skills, solid experience in data migration, and the ability to navigate complex insurance data models, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Work on data analysis, mapping and migration activities
• Support the transformation programme with structured & unstructured data insights
• Ensure alignment with governance, compliance and data quality standards
• Collaborate across business & IT teams in a hybrid structure

Key Skills Needed

• Data migration expertise (expert)
  
• Data mapping techniques (advanced)
  
• SQL (AWS environment)
• Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset
• Excellent knowledge of Life Insurance products (unit-linked, universal life, etc.)
  
• Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint (advanced)
• Basic understanding of data governance

Languages

• Dutch or French – Professional working proficiency
  
• English – Full professional proficiency
