Within Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) we see it as our purpose to stay ahead in preventing financial crime and to demonstrate our gatekeeper role to the financial system, covering the full scope of anti-money laundering and countering terrorist financing during the client life cycle. This includes customer onboarding, periodic and event driven reviews, name screening, pre-transaction screening and transaction monitoring.
By providing policies, standards, process design, tooling and operational delivery the FCP organisation contributes to our societal role as gatekeeper to safeguard our financial infrastructure against financial crime.

As a project management consultant, you will oversee the FCP business and help FCP Tribe & Operations with their delivery responsibilities. This position gives you a wide range of responsibilities in a central and challenging position, to bring structure and insights on the KYC priorities.
You are involved in and contribute to the execution of the FCFP strategy, acting as a partner and sounding board to the FCFP Leadership
It offers you a great opportunity to create impact, work with a wide range of stakeholders within and beyond the KYC organisation and further develop project and managerial skills.
You are part of a team of 6 people and will report hierarchically to the FCP Expert Lead PMO/Cockpit.

As a Project Management Consultant (PMO):
·A Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent and minimum +5 years of relevant working experience·Ability to inspire and convince stakeholders and teams across functions, bringing energy and drive·Experience and ability to act as the trusted advisor for senior leadership; able to play the strategic challenger role to guide the prioritization and simplification of initiatives·Organizational sensitivity and a good understanding of the organisation, its ambition and strategy, as well as of banking processes in Belgium·Attention to detail and accuracy; high quality standards and skilled in preparing inspiring presentations and short and snappy briefings and reports in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel·High resilience, the ability to deal with ambiguity and manage complexity·Strong communicator, excellent level of English. French and Dutch language proficiency nice to have
