Quality Assurance Officer

As a QA Officer, you will be part of an innovative and supportive QA team, where you will contribute to maintaining and improving quality standards in a GMP environment, under the guidance of the QA Coordinator.

• Supporting the calibration and validation follow-up of equipment.
• Assisting with temperature and environmental mapping of rooms.
• Being involved in Quality Management System (QMS) activities, such as change control (CC), deviations (DEV), and out-of-specification (OOS) cases.
• Assisting in the preparation and support of client audits.
• Supporting internal training and continuous improvement projects.
• Contributing to QA batch record reviews, material release, and the batch release process.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance and enhance quality processes.

• You hold a Master's degree in a scientific field (e.g., pharmacy, biomedical sciences, bioengineering, applied sciences, ...).
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated Quality Assurance environment.
• You are fluent in Dutch.
• You are detail-oriented, structured, flexible, and remain calm under pressure.
• Affinity with IT systems is a strong plus.
