Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Brussels. The Finance Manager is a key integrator supporting both the financial backbone and administration excellence of M80 Partners. The role bridges fund operations, finance, compliance, and administration management — ensuring efficient execution across all corporate and fund processes. This position suits a hands-on, structured professional capable of managing workflows across accounting, investor operations, compliance, and team support in a dynamic investment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or administration.
• Familiarity with private equity or investment fund environments preferred.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Integrity, reliability, and discretion with sensitive data.
• Dynamic, proactive, solution-oriented, and operates independently.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch on top.
