Senior Business Consultant (CSDM & SPM)

We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant CSDM & SPM who likes to propose and pitch solutions to our global operating customers! Are you able to maximize customer value realization during business software implementations on ServiceNow? And can you organize and communicate easily as a trusted advisor? What will you do?

As a Senior Business Consultant CSDM & SPM you join our team of consultants in Mechelen, Belgium. In this role, you will guide customers during the implementation of business solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a main focus on realizing true work flow experiences for people!

Scope of work:

• Translating customer needs into clear requirements and writing them into user stories consumable for development teams.
• Leading and advising customers on CSDM and SPM best practices, ensuring their architecture and processes align to ServiceNow standards.
• Proactively steering customers in defining and maturing their service portfolios, service offerings, and end-to-end value streams using ServiceNow SPM.
• Supporting customers in setting up and governing their CSDM framework, identifying gaps, and designing future-state architecture roadmaps.
• Tailoring the ServiceNow value proposition based on in-depth research of customer environments, business drivers, and IT-roadmaps.
• Presenting and demonstrating our end-to-end solutions and strategic partnership with ServiceNow, and guiding discussions on gaps between customer processes and the platform.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while working closely with internal business units and technical implementation teams.

We ask

• Fluent in English; Fluent in Dutch is a big plus.
• Senior expertise in CSDM and ServiceNow SPM, with at least 3 years’ consultancy experience leading complex IT projects and delivering solutions within Enterprise Software environments.
• Experience presenting and pitching solutions to the customer.
• You easily take on the advisory role in building up your customer relationships.
• Actively contribute to our solution portfolio, by providing knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects.
• Good understanding of PaaS enterprise solutions.
• Ability to examine, listen, qualify and resolve concerns or obstacles in a logical fashion, emphasizing the solutions or services that will deliver maximum benefit.
