Role:
As an Onsite IT Support Engineer, you will provide on-site technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- You will work independently or as part of a team.
- Install, upgrade, support, and resolve issues with end-user workspace hardware, such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video and conferencing equipment.
- You will analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
- Implement software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment technologies.
- You will document your approach and resolution of issues in a ticketing system.
- Asset management
Requirements:
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English
- Experience with on-site support and ticketing system
- Familiar with Windows OS, Mac OS and various software applications
- Managed Print Service (MPS) / Configure mobile phones (Apple and Android) (MS Intune) / MS Office 365
- Customer-oriented approach
