Business Development Manager

Are you a results-driven professional with an entrepreneurial mindset? Join a leading European player in digital transformation and represent a portfolio of ICT products and services, including workplace, infrastructure, networks, managed services, IT distribution, audiovisual solutions, and leasing, for B2B clients, mid-sized companies, and public organizations.


Your Role:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients under an exclusive representation mandate

• Prospect and implement strategies to acquire new customers

• Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities

• Negotiate and close profitable deals

• Manage the full sales cycle and build lasting client relationships

• Operate independently while collaborating closely with the organization

• Achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets


You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in IT distribution, leasing, managed services, networking, workplace, or audiovisual solutions

• Proven sales expertise and entrepreneurial drive

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage complex, long-cycle sales and strategic account plans

• Leadership, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset
