What We’re Looking For
✔️ 2-6 years of experience in sales or revenue leadership, ideally in fast-growing B2B startup / scale-up.
✔️ Proven record of building and scaling SMB sales teams from early-stage to repeatable revenue.
✔️ Strong command of sales process design, forecasting, and pipeline management.
✔️ Demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding ARR targets through disciplined execution.
✔️ Experience selling to SMB decision-makers (founders, CXOs, heads of recruitment, etc).
✔️ History of collaboration with product-led growth models or self-serve SaaS is a plus.
✔️ Preference for candidates based in Belgium, though we are open to exceptional remote talent.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with the founders to scale our revenue engine: building the team, refining the process, and turning momentum into a repeatable sales machine.
✔️ Own the SMB sales number – drive predictable revenue growth through structured, data-backed execution.
✔️ Run the full sales cycle – from inbound qualification to demo, negotiation, and close.
✔️ Optimize the funnel – identify drop-offs, tighten conversion stages, and implement scalable playbooks.
✔️ Collaborate cross-functionally – partner with Product to align on ICP, positioning, and feedback loops.
✔️ Leverage marketing channels – work with Growth to optimize inbound performance and lead scoring.
✔️ Report & forecast – bring clarity to pipeline health, deal velocity, and revenue projections.
