About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
Pre-Clinical Statistician
to support our research teams in designing, analyzing, and interpreting pre-clinical studies. This role will contribute directly to data-driven decision-making throughout early drug development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide statistical input into the design of pre-clinical studies, including sample size calculations, randomization strategies, and statistical analysis plans.
• Analyze data from in vivo and in vitro experiments using appropriate statistical methods.
• Build and maintain statistical models to support pharmacology, toxicology, and exploratory research studies.
• Communicate results clearly to cross-functional teams, including scientists, project managers, and senior leadership.
• Ensure statistical approaches comply with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
• Support development of data visualization tools, dashboards, and automated reporting.
• Contribute to the refinement of statistical methodologies and best practices across the R&D organization.

Qualifications

Required:

• Master's degree or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience applying statistics in a pre-clinical or non-clinical research environment.
• Strong proficiency in R, SAS, or Python (R preferred).
• Familiarity with experimental design, mixed models, ANOVA, regression, and non-parametric methods.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear conclusions and actionable insights.
