Mowelli is hiring a B2B Sales
 who not only closes deals but helps design our future-proof approach: segmentation, pipeline, partners & metrics.

Your impact

  • Shape our go-to-market:
     define the ICP (designers, hospitality, office, retail), sharpen segmentation & priorities.
  • Build a predictable pipeline:
     playbooks for lead gen & nurturing (trade shows, inbound, partners), clear stages and conversion rules.
  • Account strategy:
     multi-threaded selling, portfolio rollout per client, upsell/cross-sell plans.
  • Partner network:
     select resellers & project partners, set tiers, enablement, and joint targets.
  • Forecast & performance:
     realistic forecasting, quarterly plans, and KPI/OKR tracking (win rate, ACV, sales cycle, retention).
  • Market feedback loop:
     translate signals from the field into marketing, product, and ops actions.

What you bring

  • 5+ years in B2B sales/account management with strategic responsibility.
  • Strong 
    structure
     (CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting) and strong 
    relationships
     (C-level/DMU).
  • Languages: NL/FR/EN (DE is a plus).
  • Affinity with interior/design and a sharp eye for aesthetics.
