What you will do

• Lead software inventories and ensure full licensing compliance
• Produce compliance reports, analyse gaps and follow remediation plans
• Support Purchasing with licensing requirements during negotiations
• Advise operational teams on licensing rules and cost optimisation
• Consolidate and reconcile data from multiple sources (tools, entities, teams)
• Maintain accurate contractual/licensing databases
• Contribute to SAM process improvements, KPIs and governance standards
• Participate in projects with potential software or cost impact

What you bring

• Proven expertise in Software Asset Management and licensing metrics
• Strong experience with software discovery and ITSM/SAM tools
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, reconciliation and reporting
• Knowledge of SharePoint for structuring and sharing documentation
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, audit trails and risk monitoring
• Experience contributing to software contract preparations
• Strong organisational skills, analytical mindset and clear communication
• Ability to drive change and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
