Join a leading technology actor in telecom cybersecurity!

We are actively seeking an experienced Customer Retention Manager to join an innovative international company dedicated to fighting telecom fraud (including SIM-swap, interconnection abuse, SIMbox fraud, mobile money fraud, and more).

Based in Ghent, you will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic clients across Africa and Latin America, playing a central role in contract renewals, client relationship strengthening, and payment follow-up.

You will evolve within a human-sized, agile, multicultural organization with a strong international impact.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of telecom key accounts across Africa and Latin America
• Lead contract renewals: anticipate deadlines, coordinate internally, and follow up proactively
• Maintain strong client relationships through rigorous follow-up of actions and related documentation
• Collaborate closely with Finance to ensure effective customer credit control, including payment monitoring, reminders, and collection actions.
• Accurately document every stage of the sales cycle and streamline internal processes

Your profile:

• Higher degree in business, management, or communications
• Proven experience in managing B2B client portfolios, ideally within the telecom or IT industry
• Solid understanding of African and LATAM markets
• Skilled in managing strategic client relationships and operating in multicultural environments
• Excellent command of French and English (C1 level minimum), Spanish is a valuable asset
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills, with a commercial mindset
• Excellent client relationship management with a proactive and personalized approach
• Appreciation for multicultural environments and international collaboration
