Our client, a fast-growing Belgian tech company, is moving toward €10M ARR and a 50-person team. To support that evolution, they’re looking for a Finance Lead who can transform their finance function from reactive reporting to proactive business partnering.

What you’ll do

• Lead the monthly reporting and cashflow forecasting cycle
• Translate financial insights into strategic business decisions
• Co-drive budgeting and fundraising processes with the CEO
• Build scalable financial processes for growth
• Empower team leads with ownership of their P&L

Who you are

• 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting within a company context
• Strong skills in financial modelling, forecasting, and project management
• Proven ability to implement scalable financial processes
• A proactive communicator with an analytical mind and a growth mindset
• Fluent in English
