Your mission

• Lead M&A transactions, investment rounds, and strategic deals in Flanders.
• Advise on corporate governance, structuring, and negotiations.
• Build and nurture client relationships, you’ll be the trusted advisor and you will be known as one of the top experts in the region.
• Drive business development and help shape dups’ next growth phase.
• Innovate: create smarter processes, playbooks, and client solutions.

Who you are

• Master’s in Law with 4+ years in Corporate/M&A at a top-tier firm.
• Fluent in Dutch and in English (French is a real plus).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, you want to build, not just execute.
• Strong negotiator and strategist, comfortable with client leadership.
• Ambitious, pragmatic, and collaborative (a real team player).
• Admission to the American Bar is a real plus.
