We're looking for talented Management Consultants (senior associate) to join our People & Transformation (Leadership Advisory) department.
Your Impact:
Discovering a wide variety of people topics, including:
Designing and managing organisational changes.
Assisting clients in broader HR and cultural transformations.
Helping clients to select and develop their leaders through assessments and development centers.
Establishing effective working relationships with clients.
