Site Manager

If you're ready to lead a team in a high-level simulation center, this is the perfect opportunity for you!


As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the simulation center. You will lead the on-site team, ensuring system availability and service levels, while acting as the primary interface with the garrison and command. You will also provide backup technical support as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the simulation center and manage the on-site team.
  • Ensure the availability and service levels of all systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the garrison and command.
  • Provide backup technical support when necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Dutch, French, and English: Minimum B2 level in each.


Technical Skills:

  • Team leadership.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Networking/Infrastructure, and basic Cybersecurity.
  • Scheduling and Stakeholder Management.
  • Power BI, O365, Confluence, Jira, ITIL tools, GLPI/ServiceNow.


Soft Skills:

  • Teamwork and effective communication with cross-functional roles.
  • Adaptability to operational missions and shifting priorities.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to integrate into military culture and adhere to rules of discipline.


Security Requirements:

  • National SECRET security clearance required or eligibility to obtain it.


Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with rotating shift availability (06:00–22:00).
  • Occasional 24-hour service coverage depending on exercises.
  • Travel for national and international exercises or support as needed.
