Software Implementation Consultant

We are actively seeking an experienced Software Consultant with a strong focus on implementation and configuration to join a global leader in advanced digital solutions for physical security and workforce management.

Based in Dilbeek, you will work on software implementation projects across various industries (retail, healthcare, public services, aviation), ensuring that solutions align with operational and strategic objectives and delivering continuous technical and functional support once deployed.

Your responsibilities :

• Conduct process analysis and optimization, working closely with business stakeholders to capture functional requirements.
• Lead implementation and onboarding projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
• Customize and adapt software functionalities based on operational needs and client feedback.
• Act as the primary point of contact for post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.

Your profile :

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), with a strong interest in IT
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and onboarding software solutions
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical and functional specifications
• Strong project management skills and experience in end-to-end client support
• Excellent command of English and Dutch; knowledge of French is considered an asset
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal ease, and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
