What is Jointly?

Jointly brings people together in the only natural way: Real-life activities. In the app, users can create activities, decide on the details and others can then apply to join. Since March, we've had 8000 installs and last month, 3000 users were active.

Are you the type of person who can walk into a room of strangers and walk out with a dozen new friends?

Jointly is looking for a Co-Founder to be the face and heart of our community. You’ll be out in the world (and online) making sure our members feel seen, welcomed, and excited to join in. And you'll be partnering with other organizations who can help our community grow.

What you’ll be doing

• Hosting and organizing community events that bring our users together.
• Sparking conversation and keeping our online communities buzzing.
• Inspiring and guiding our Jointly ambassadors.
• Setting up partnerships to grow our user base.

Qualifications

• You’re social, warm, and connecting with people is not a job for you. It's who you are.
• Strong Communication and Marketing skills to effectively promote the platform and build relationships with partners and users.
• Creative mindset to keep the community engaged with a wide range of challenges, events, referral campaigns etc.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative independently.
• Familiarity with the social networking or community-building industry is a plus.
