Project Planner

Context:

To continue IKOS’s growth in Belgium, we are recruiting Project Planners & Project Managers with relevant experience and/or background in the railway or energy sectors, keen to take part in our missions throughout the country.

Responsabilities:

• Build and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with technical and contractual objectives.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying risks and proposing corrective actions.
• Support project managers with reliable time and progress data for informed decision-making.
• Lead coordination meetings and ensure smooth communication between project stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving planning methods and promoting best practices across teams.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, or project management (railway or industrial projects preferred).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, fluent in English.

Plus:

• Familiarity with planning tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
• Knowledge or passion for railway systems and sustainable transport.
