👩 💻 About the Role

As Transformation Project Manager, you'll lead and deliver technology and AI-driven transformation initiatives across the client’s Products & Technology organisation.

In addition to oversight, you will personally drive selected AI-focused workstreams from concept to execution.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, structure governance, manage risks, influence stakeholders, and promote Agile ways of working.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and the ability to foster collaboration across technical and business domains.

Key Deliverables:

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of technology/AI transformation projects
• Own selected AI workstreams (concept → execution)
• Implement governance, quality, and reporting frameworks
• Drive risk management and change management activities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile delivery practices

🛠️ Must-Have Skills

✔️ 5+ years project or programme management in complex or consulting environments

✔️ Proven experience with AI/GenAI-driven initiatives

✔️ Strong understanding of AI concepts & business applications

✔️ Experience with cross-functional technology transformation

✔️ Skilled in Agile and Waterfall delivery

✔️ Strong communication skills for senior stakeholders (Business & IT)

✔️ Hands-on PM mindset: governance, planning, RAID, reporting

✔️ Fluent English; French/Dutch a strong asset
