Business Development Manager


Our customer is taking the lead in digital & software & IT solutions.


We are looking for a results-driven BDM. You will be responsible for selling a portfolio of (software) solutions to both existing clients and new prospects. Your goal will be to manage business growth by building strong client relationships, and offering solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships for a portfolio of named accounts.
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities to win new logos.
  • Own your sales cycles, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Understand our solutions portfolio and tailor it to meet the specific client needs.
  • Drive compelling presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior Account Manager - Business developer within IT.
  • Established network within either Government, Manufacturing or Services.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Dutch, English and French is highly preferred.
