Facilitate the gathering and documentation of business requirements in collaboration with business process owners and subject matter experts.
Analyze and challenge functional requirements; contribute to the development of business cases for process and IT system changes.
Manage the full software development lifecycle — from analysis, development, and testing through to go-live and post-implementation support.
Write clear, structured system specifications for change requests or new functionalities, and coordinate with external software vendors or service providers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Provide second-line support for applications within scope, using the IT incident management process and tools.
Log and track software bugs with vendors and follow up until resolution.
Prepare and deliver training sessions for subject matter experts on new applications or releases.
Participate in the annual IT and process audit.
Education Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Business Economics, or a related field.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Experience Requirements
Strong experience with Infor M3 (preferably CloudSuite) and related applications such as Factory Track and Demand Planner.
Broad business process knowledge across multiple functional areas — including manufacturing, procurement, supply chain & logistics, order processing, customer service, and finance — ideally in an international context.
Proven experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application management.
