Infor M3 Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the gathering and documentation of business requirements in collaboration with business process owners and subject matter experts.
• Analyze and challenge functional requirements; contribute to the development of business cases for process and IT system changes.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle — from analysis, development, and testing through to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Write clear, structured system specifications for change requests or new functionalities, and coordinate with external software vendors or service providers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Provide second-line support for applications within scope, using the IT incident management process and tools.
• Log and track software bugs with vendors and follow up until resolution.
• Prepare and deliver training sessions for subject matter experts on new applications or releases.
• Participate in the annual IT and process audit.

Education Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Strong experience with Infor M3 (preferably CloudSuite) and related applications such as Factory Track and Demand Planner.
• Broad business process knowledge across multiple functional areas — including manufacturing, procurement, supply chain & logistics, order processing, customer service, and finance — ideally in an international context.
• Proven experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application management.
