SAP S/4 Hana Planning & Operations Lead

In order to support our continuous growth, Drylock Technologies decided in 2017 to implement a global ERP platform, SAP S/4 Hana, meanwhile rolled out throughout almost the entire Drylock group and currently migrated to a private cloud platform (RISE).

Job Purpose:

• After an introduction period: actively participate in the support, deployment of the Drylock SAP Integrated Business Planning Platform & SAP S/4 Hana template, supported by experienced senior colleagues and in close collaboration with business process owners and process key users
• Gradually gain sufficient experience to actively participate in future roll outs and optimisation of the Drylock SAP IBP & S/4 Hana template & best practices in close collaboration with business process owners and key users.
• Manage & provide first line SAP guidance in the area of SAP Integrated Business Planning to the relevant stakeholders & key users across the different countries, focussed on the relevant areas Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
• Design, blueprint, implement and support new processes in Integrated Business Planning (inventory optimization, supply chain tower, integration of POS data, enhanced forecasting models, …) and S/4 Hana (ePPDS) keeping an eye on the global template but also take the local specifics into account.
• Participate & contribute in key user days to share best practices, new features, guidelines on reporting in planning & operations
• Translate the business requirements and process changes into user-friendly and intuitive SAP functionalities using the latest SAP technologies and functionalities on IBP and S/4 Hana.
• Integrate non-SAP entities into the integrated business planning module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore, Realize, Deploy & Support the S/4 template, country specific set up and functionalities in line with the business and operational priorities
• Assist and provide guidance on data migration and maintenance in line with the SAP & reporting data model
• Safeguard consistency of the SAP data model and integrated processes with an open mind for improvements at all times.
• Configuration of new or improved setup within Integrated Business Planning and S/4 Hana.
• Write technical, functional and end-user documentation and link it to our Signavio Process mapping diagrams.
• Provide key user training using a train the trainer concept.
• Remain up-to-date with the latest evolutions in SAP IBP & S/4 Hana and highlight the areas of interest for Drylock.
• On-site assistance for the SAP key users during roll outs or introduction of new functionalities.
• Gradually build up the integration knowledge towards other key SAP modules in the Global Template (SD, MM, TR, PP, FI, CO, BI etc)

Qualifications :

• Master degree in Economics or equal through experience
• Between 1 to 5 years of SAP (S/4 Hana) expertise in planning, preferably within an international production environment.
• Team player with strong communication skills and can-do attitude
• Willing to travel (20%)
• Ability to build trustful and strong relationship with the business stakeholders
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch & English, both oral and written
• Very good affection towards financial business processes
• Strong analytical mind and a flexible, pro-active result driven attitude
