What you’ll do

• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans with the Technical Manager.
• Prioritize maintenance tasks and make sure every intervention runs like clockwork.
• Oversee the ordering and stock of technical parts and safety equipment.
• Write clear and practical work instructions for the technical team.
• Act as the key user of our CMMS and deliver insightful KPI reports.
• Collaborate on risk analyses and continuous process improvements.
• Ensure all safety and technical procedures are up to date and followed.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning within an industrial environment.
• Analytical, structured, and driven by results.
• Strong communication skills in French.
• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys teamwork and innovation.
