Today, MM is undergoing a major transformation — reinforcing its position as a strategic connector in the industry. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to help lead this next chapter.


Role Summary

The Sales Manager will play a key role in developing and expanding MM’s business relationships. This is a hybrid role that combines business development, account management, and an entrepreneurial mindset to switch hats.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across advertising, events, subscriptions, and content partnerships
  • Act as account director for strategic partners and sponsors, ensuring relationship growth and value delivery
  • Manage operational follow-up and administrative coordination related to partner activations and event logistics with our CRM tool (Teamleader)
  • Contribute to MM’s broader strategic transformation as part of a small, collaborative leadership team


Candidate Profile

  • 5 years of experience in sales, business development, events, media, or account management
  • Solid understanding of the Belgian media and marketing ecosystem, including its key players, challenges, and dynamics
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and generate new business
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team culture
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is considered an asset
